Join Us for the Session at XVIII EAAE Congress in BONN (26-29.08.2025) on Agribusiness Education – Co-Organized by the e-AgriMBA Project

We are pleased to invite you to an engaging Lightning Talks Session titled:

“How Can Education Meet Agribusiness Challenges? Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise for a Resilient Future” - co-organized by the e-AgriMBA Project as part of the upcoming EAAE Congress in BONN

This session focuses on the integration of skill and knowledge needs of EU agribusiness and the contents, approaches and goals of education curricula for the sector. Education at all levels—professional, university and postgraduate—must play a central role in updating the skills required for keeping pace with the EU’s continuous innovation transformation path. However, EU agribusiness education has often not fully internalized the rapidly evolving needs, often lagging behind in propagating skills, technologies, and sustainability and resilience principles required currently and in the future. This disconnect results in a workforce that struggles to implement precision agriculture, sustainable resource management, and data-driven decision-making. Without significant reforms across agribusiness education, the sector will struggle to attract and retain skilled professionals to resolve complex challenges.
